Good question, I reached out to them to ask. No idea if they'll answer back, but if they do I'll update here. If anyone else happens to know too, that would be good

I thought it was "mistress" in a different outfit
Hair color and such seems different though
Not that I can recall and I have read every strip online and I have them in book form too. As the other person said it does have some similarities to the mistress but she has red hair not white and doesn't have greenish blue skin.
