The rules are literally The Dunk Tank's rules, just without rule 8.

One of the weirder ones to me is "making female characters ugly", because that one is pretty much always about them giving a female character a lean, athletic build that has been the golden standard for beauty for as long as anyone on Earth has been alive. All of them are of course weird and creepy in that gamer way, but that one is where they are just angry that there are too many polygons.
Historical accuracy is when the feeemales are all contemporary-standard
