How concerned should we be about tactics to impair voting? And what should be done to resist?

In 2000, he says, only about 40 percent of Americans lived in states that permitted no-excuses early voting. Today, 97 percent do.

Mind blowing that just three percent of the population are in one or multiple states and getting the same number of senate votes as NY and California. We really need to rewrite our constitution.
