If you were to store everything in a cloud, what would you do? Buy subscription from the likes of Gdrive and Dropbox or you will setup an actual server from AWS or Azure with lots of storage? (old.reddit.com)

The requirement is i wanted to store all my files(document, pics, personal videos, jolly roger videos, etc)

but the cloud service should have a videoplayer embedded or probably an integrated plex server

plus i dont want my account to be suspended easily(because of jolly roger videos) so i need a lax terms/agreement
