Because on reddit clicking on the thread title takes you to the linked article and not the thread itself.

How many of you are like me, click on "nn comments" by habit, end up in the comments area and have to scroll back up to see whatever the OP posted?

(Not saying any of this is kbin's fault, it is just taking a bit of getting used to)

yeah I'd like to have a wait to access the linked content without having to click into the thread first. I'm doing the same thing lol.

I'm the exact opposite, reddit used to confuse me so much because of that "feature" (I'd want to read the comments but end up at some website tracking me with pixels and cookies and stuff that I didn't want to have happened) and thus I'm actually much happier on kbin for being different.
