I am! I've watched all the big races this year since Milan-San Remo and this looks to be a real challenge with the bad weather expected.

I like this blog's previews for races like this:

https://inrng.com/2024/04/liege-bastogne-liege-2024-preview/

I found this page for anyone trying to figure out how to watch the race live:

Who do you want to see win this year?

I'd love to see a surprise but I'm expecting one of the big names.

I love watching pro cycling, but I honestly never root for anybody. There have been a few riders I rooted against, but they're all retired now, thankfully. I just enjoy the whole process and the strategy of it all.

That said, I'm totally stoked to watch yet another LBL.

I don’t generally root for anybody in any sport. Yeah, there are people I root against - often for unexplainable reasons. I dislike Remco for some reason. No idea why. Kid seems OK.

Anyways, yeah I’ll be parked in front of the tv all day. Rest day tomorrow so it’s perfect :-)

He's a sore loser. Maybe he's arrogant because of all the hype. I dunno, he gives Ronaldo vibes but I don't see evidence that he's actually a bad guy. Sometimes winning too much just makes you root against them. I'm a fan since he continued to animate the vuelta, last year, in a way only he could after falling out of GC.

I'm afraid of another win for Pogacar without rivals.

But, a race competed like Amstel would be very nice. But I'm not very optimistic.

How did i not know that Mathieu VdP is Poulidor's son?!?

Well I guess that was it. Sad days when the Tour of Turkey is more fun than LBL.

Is this how the rest of the year will be? What about the Giro?

I'm expecing the giro to be 3 weeks of this :/ Luckily there are non-GC stages, but you know. My biggest gripe about the Women's World Tour is now true for the men too - some riders are so dominant it kills the excitement.

I want to see Skjelmose win, of course 😂 I don't think he will, though. But I hope he'll get a podium.

I think van der Poel is getting tired.

They're going to catch the break soon and then we'll see!

Seconds after I wrote that, big crash!

Go Skjelmose!
