@jetbrains fixed the dark theme and now the navigation bar is not broken when it is placed "TOP". 10x a lot to caring for my OCD :)

Having codex gpt 5.2 oneshotting a jest to vitest migration because it's free with @jetbrains right now.
It's pulled out every scripting language under the sun (I counted node, bash, python, ruby & perl) to do string replacements but the initial result is eerily quite good...?

I wrote my thesis on Refactoring (Java) in 2001 shortly after @mfowler book came out. One of the three tools was IntelliJ Renamer before there was even an IDE(A).

Ever since I stayed close to my friends at @jetbrains (including their dev academy) and their amazing tools having used IDEA for 25 years now.

Happy birthday #IntelliJIDEA 🎂

This neverending asking for a valid license is really annoying. Why don't you cache this shit?

Another year of support from #JetBrains providing a free licence for their IDE suite. They have supported the project for 6 years now.

#phpstorm and #pycharm have changed the way I work and made my life a lot easier.

Thanks again for supporting free software @jetbrains

"Track AI adoption". FU very much, @jetbrains - sounds like the "Copilotcrapping down your throat" approach.

Here's the repo:

https://github.com/RonSijm/RonSijm.Rider.Templater

I've tried to implement most of the original Templater functionality. The basic functionality works, some more advanced scripting language related things are still a bit 'work in progress'

A bit conflicted about this, 'cause I'm not a big fan of #aiassisted coding...

Anyways, the new "Review Solution with AI" action in @jetbrains #RustRover is pretty slick! It's very convenient to have a quick way to check if my #Rust code is idiomatic or could be otherwise improved.

@jetbrains I really want to share this cool update news re: RustRover, my daily driver IDE, but your social options are a bit lacking. There's also no universal share button... some people just want a link, you know ;)

Toolbox CLI URL? (www.jetbrains.com)

At Toolbox CLI download page, the URL is missing

The JAR can be downloaded from URL

Anyone is aware what happened to it? Just an error or the CLI is no longer available?

I really enjoyed chatting with Tobias Macey recently for an episode of his AI Engineering Podcast. We talked about how get the most out of current AI agents, creating agent rules, constraining the blast radius, local models, and how @jetbrains is thinking about all these factors while working on its own AI agent, Junie.

We also touched upon the recent @django Django Developers Survey 2025 results that just came out.

Awesome...
#FrankenPhp :frankenphp: in the @jetbrains's « State of #PHP »

And just like @brendt, @dunglas's "monster" definitely is one of my favorite highlights this year (right after the new PIPE operator -- 😜 )
