Lense distortion + bit rate seems relatively low and his beard makes his face busier (ever seen a youtuber play a game with lots of gras and foliage? Quality tanks hard).
Also, he does have weird mouth movements when talking and sometimes talks out of the side of his mouth which makes it seem more unnatural imo
