While I think Nvidia has more capabilities to make Windows on ARM work compared to Qualcomm, they are going to want a premium price and they will almost certainly be distracted by their enterprise GPU business.

Let's see what happens. IMO Snapdragon X Elite was a failure and it doesn't have a good market fit. If all you use is a browser, you're better off using a Chromebook which tend to be cheaper and have better battery life. If you do need to Windows, you might as well get an x86 device that offers comparable battery life and none of the drawbacks of WoA.
