It's funny, the world is safer now then it was in the 70s when I was a kid. We used to go outside and play until the street lights went out. And the crime rate is actually lower now than it was back then.

Why are cops such fucking idiots? Even if I agreed with their judgement (which I definitely do not) it would be the wrong solution.
