They like the arrogance, self-absorbtion, and rudeness. Those are positives for them, or only minor issues. Don't even mention them because they like that he annoys Democrats. It's as if a Republican told you they didn't like Pete Buttigieg because he's openly gay. That wouldn't sway you right?
