Man, I hope this is funny with context. I don’t know anything about warhammer, but my husband loves it and parks and rec, so I took a chance lol.

In WH40k a rouge trader (depicted above) is basically a noble with a giant paper document signed by God stating they can literally do whatever they want and no authority (aside from the inquisition) can tell them otherwise.
