They mandated that the government not be able to call them 'aliens' anymore, they're 'migrants' (migrants that we demonize while raising the ICE budget and detain them indefinitely in camps)
Biden pardoned a bunch of people convicted of marijuana possession (after they had been released to just 'clean their records', and they had to do the paperwork; also didn't apply to 'migrants')
