Over here with my preferred snack of apple and peanut butter. Guess an apple a day DOES keep the doctor away huh?

    You but 4 a day for a week will lock you right up.

    Too much fiber.

    This is a myth, every single thing I eat all day has a ton of fiber in it and I have never had a problem. No doctor will recommend limiting your natural fiber in any way
