you can absolutely be in parts of miami and the outlying neighborhoods (like liberty city or little haiti) and not see white people at all and i know this because ive been there

i bet these assholes would complain if you goto bakeries and cafes in miami in the game and nobody speaks english, which is another common thing in miami but you learn a few spanish words if you want the best coffee and pastries money can buy
