Either your bad isn't tight enough and your watch doesn't stay in contact with your wrist, or perhaps you've got tattoos, which can also interfere with functionality.
No tattoos and can’t wear it any tighter
Too tight perhaps? Do you put your phone/watch into sleep or dnd mode at night? Does wearing it on the other wrist make a difference?
Nothings changed besides updates etc…not blaming that fully but seems weird. I’ll try the other wrist tonight and try it out.
Did you do a reboot after the update? I know it reboots as part of the update but sometimes an additional update kicks things into gear.
