I'd love too say split/second, but nostalgia is telling me to go with NFS3.
I could say mario kart wii, but that feels like cheating since almost everyone likes MK.

I'd have to go with NFS3, mostly because i grew up playing it and that was probably the most fun i had playing games as a kid.
