Did you set your watch down at that time?

I ask because that happened to me. I accidentally set it sensor down on a marble countertop and the Apple tech deduced it thought the marble swirls mimicked blood flow. I had to go in and manually delete everything from those hours.

Health App, Active Energy, Show All Data and swipe on what entry you want to delete.
