Can't select ontario for billing address (alien.top)

I'm trying to set up an acount.i live in Ontario Canada but when I try to set up my billing address Ontario is not available in the area where you would put in your state/Provence. No country options and it does not change after I put in my postal code any advice?

Lucly I remembered I had a old account I deactivated all good now
