How long does a steam refund typically take? (beehaw.org)

A game I got on the 14th is still sitting there telling me it has "a pending refund request for this product".

Am I just too antsy? I thought this would be an automated process.

Has anyone got a time-frame this could take? Being rather new to the Steam world, its all a mystery to me.

Any idea what I should do? Maybe cancel the refund request and then...make the request again?

I think that would make things worse if anything, it would basically be resetting things from the start
