Well, I do have to buy AirPods and possibly a Magic Keyboard, so at least that'll make the MBP purchase soon after that a little cheaper.

You can redeem a gift card on refurbs, but I don’t believe a refurb is a qualifying purchase to receive a gift card.

And I believe you can stack multiple gift cards, yes
