But fuck every other league I guess? like can you spare a moment to think about all the other 50 or so UEFA leagues that would suffer from it?

and even spanish teams. Look at Real Sociedad in champions this year, Girona who are currently 1st, Sevilla/Betis/Athletic who are normally 4-6 in la liga and can definitely compete in Europe, Osasuna last year reaching the cup finals etc etc
