So Enrique Cerezo would support a UEFA wide wage ceiling ?

It could be something like 50 % of the revenue of the 40 or so, top grossing football clubs.

Something like this js much better than SL. Also, football money is not real, who decided that 100m players are worth that much? Put on a maximum transfer spend per window and the costs should drop as well.
