Because they take forever to render CGI, compared to my personal gaming computer. Same thing with simple video editing. Having a powerful GPU is pretty nice for work. And because apple is overpriced. I've found gaming rigs that are cheaper and do a better job, on top of being more intuitive. Seriously I can't do anything without the windows search bar. It's really nice being able to just type in the settings I want to change. And have the OS take me directly there. permalink fedilink source parent
