New to the game, is it OK if I use a controller? (lemmy.world)

Hey guys, new to the game (just bought it today! looks fun).

I know it's probably sub-optimal and that aiming precision isn't gonna be the same, but I'm wondering if I risk getting flamed or something if I use a controller instead of kb + mouse.

The reason is that I'm not used to playing shooters on a keyboard and the controller just feels so much more comfortable to me.

I'm one of few who dislikes k&m pc gaming. Controller all the way! You'll have no problems ay all. Rock and stone!
