The implication that the US State department somehow has billions of dollars to... make Ukraine join the EU?? How or why would Barack Obama's State Department do that? Sending a bureaucrat into an unstable post-communist country isn't going to magically create a puppet government. You can wrongly call me a fascist all you want, but that doesn't change the facts.
