On October 10th, 2023 Biden said at a hearing about the Palestinian -Israeli conflict "I never thought I would have seen and have confirmed pictures of terrorists beheading babies." While some may have wrongly interpreted this as the president claiming to have seen pictures of beheaded babies, he never says explicitly that he saw them. He said he never thought he would have saw them and comments by his staff immediately after confirm that he did not see those photos.
