While ICE is still keeping a hefty amount of folks as onsite slaves, they've also been sending a lot of them home with ankle bracelets and other monitoring solutions. The neoliberal psychological enslavement project is being sunset and US are shifting America back into old fashioned slavery as fast as they can get away with.
