I recently distro hopped from Pop OS Cosmic to Fedora KDE Plasma; omg I love it. There are very small bugs, but i really like that they have a feature where you can self report them to fedora. But overall, everything about this distro is already running better on my laptop and not chewing up my battery, and it just works.
Fedora really outdid themselves with these customizations, like holy crap.
Yes, this post had me wondering if Fedora ships with a lot of customisations to KDE ootb now (like e.g. Garuda does), because my understanding was that Fedora normally leaves its DEs pretty much vanilla. But yeah, the capability to heavily customise the UX is all KDE - and every other OS that distributes it. Also KDE has been improving its performance a lot! I'm looking forward to when Union themes are properly established - currently theming is just very messy and better just to stay away from
