In fairness, Finland has more trees now than 100 years ago.

Part of it though is from not letting companies pull bullshit like Google did. Whether this fuckass government will do shit about it though...

    France also has more forest that ever in recorded history but most of them are exploited, the number of tree or the surface of the forest isn't a metric for richness weither in biodiversity or in material quality. Let hope our ruler realised that and give the forest the very-long term strategy and forward planning it needs to thrive.
