It's a one-time tax of 5%, FFS.

You could make it something paid every year, or a one-time tax of 50% and they would still never miss a meal, never not have a roof over their head, never have to skip out on buying stuff like yachts and private jets and have lavish vacations, etc.

This is just about how much the idea of them contributing to the society that has given them so much offends them. This is the class that prides themselves on finding ways to pay the very least amount of tax possible, even though they won't miss it at all.
