    Hank Pym made Ultron, T'Challa's a king whose country hordes potentially life saving tech, Banner needs to chill, and Xavier has done and continued to do some insanely unethical shit

    Tony Stark (Iron Man), Reed Richards (Mister Fantastic), Hank McCoy (Beast from X-Men), Doctor Light (even has the Doctor in his name!) are more good guys with PhDs.

    Uh… Doctor Light is, um… maybe don’t read Identity Crisis.

    As for the others, Beast is probably the only one who doesn’t have some shadiness going on.

    EDIT: Are you referring to the Doctor Light from Mega Man?

    Very likely. He made Megaman(or Rock), Roll, Rush, Proto, and X. I looked up the other Dr Light and he's a villain from DC lol.
