Politico notes that the appeals panel hearing our case had deep reservations about the government’s arguments, with Judge Patricia Millett asking: “Can the president then offer on eBay to sell them, all of our national security secrets, to the highest bidder?”

The government’s response was, in short, “yes.”

Armed, masked men kidnap and murder with impunity on American streets and not a single round has been fired in their direction. Nothing, nothing, has made me more aware that we are done as a country.

Anyway, I'm actively looking for them. None within 100+ miles so far. I'm not ready to die, I'll be scared shitless, but I'm opening fire if I see masked men abducting people on my streets. I'll die, but I won't die regretting cowardly inaction.

    Trump had at least one assassination attempt, and Charlie Kirk got murdered.

    trumpletantrum had a staged assassination attempt to sucker fools like you into sympathy votes. And Charlie Kirk died protecting the gunmans rights to give him a much needed emergency tracheotomy.

    So the same Secret Service that Biden purged, and Trump wasn't in charge of, was in on it? Biden's FBI who concluded it was a real attempt was in on it? The NYT photographer that caught the bullet in flight was in on it?

    Here's the best part, and I want you to repeat it, "Brave Donald Trump schemed to have a teenager fire live rifle rounds at him from 350'. And because Trump is known to run tight-lipped, crack teams of professionals, there wasn't a single leak."

    How'd that sympathy vote go BTW? A very short, single-digit bump in the polls?
