So for the past few weeks I've been very bad for going to the gym, I've gone one time a week. I went for a really good workout yesterday.
This week I've really wanted to cut down on weed consumption. Its not too damaging to my overall lifestyle, I only smoke at night after I've fulfilled all my responsibilities for the day. But I can physically feel the effect the nonstop smoking is having on my lungs. I probably have asthma and smoking is not good for me. I would be happy to make edibles or something, but I live with my parents who aren't the biggest fans of weed.
I've gone back to college to study history, and frankly, I've been doing fantastically. I'm more motivated than ever, I read absolutely loads without getting exhausted and giving up. I get burnt out frequently but seem to bounce back.
Also, this might seem strange, but I consider watching new shows and movies to be self-improvement. I watched Wildwood in cinemas (it was great) and the new season of Cyberpunk Edgerunners (it was great). Starting and finishing something new always feels significant for me, and I feel more enriched having watched them
