The democrats ignored clear warnings that they were going to blow it and plowed ahead anyway. The miscalculated how shitty they can be and still get a slim majority. This is the lefts fault somehow.

    stop infantilizing the democrats

    they calculated that they would endure 4 more years of trump and hope for a swing back in their favor and a "i told you so".

    they didnt throw the election on purpose but they definitely 100% had a backup plan. they in no way ignored warnings or stumbled into this

    they are cynical spoilers who are absolutely fine with allowing every manner of injustice and crime against the poor and working class to happen so long as in the long run their rich donor class is served
