I read this in two ways. One is that she's finally understanding she belongs to the wealthy blob class of liberals and that whoever the president is doesn't impact her. Or two, she probably bought into the 2024 liberal fearmongering completely. Like I haven't seen the phrase "Project 2025" in I don't know how long. I remember being told in 2024 that Trump would actually fire nukes at Gaza. Liberals were convinced that Trump 2 was finally going to be the competent fascism where elections get suspended and ideological liberals are rounded up into camps. The reality is Trump 2 is the brutish flailing kind of fascism with ICE as undisciplined kill squads and the DOD believing they can win wars by activating non-woke beast mode or something.
This might be the first signs that liberals of the future will have rehabilitated Trump. They rehabilitated Bush and Cheney somehow, and those two are actual demon creatures spawned from hell.
