Police are trained for 11-12 weeks in Tennessee. 3 months is not long enough for something like that. I work for the IRS and onboarding was that long and we frequently get training sessions of up to a month or more when trained in a new application. Im just helping people with their tax inquiries. Why is someone in charge of enforcing the laws having training as exstensive as mine? I didn't even understand how to do my job for months after I was on the floor doing it. Other countries police academies last a year or more.
