This is gonna piss some people (men) off, I can already tell...

This is an excellent point and I think it demonstrates really well what people mean by "all men"

Even tho I love men as much as the next straight girl...bear for me, please

This is a straw-all-men argument. I am a man. I have routinely stood up for women at parties when other men are being a problem. I have called it out, cut offenders out of my social groups, given safe rides home, and made it clear I would not tolerate predatory behaviour. I believe a meaningful percentage of men would do the same.

    I have news for you...
7 of them commited the atrocity. 50 knew about it and said nothing, didn't even lift a finger to try and stop the horrible things going on just a short distance away.

What "meaningful percentage of men" are you referring to?

the frat bro demographic is not representative of all men so it's a bit false equivalence to base generalizations of all men from the Cornell 7.

But you can and should be wary of a man or group of men. Not because all men are necessarily bad, but because at least some are, and the cost of finding out is too great to not be wary. And of those bad men, some will say and do all the right things until they have you in a disadvantaged position. So be wary and be loud

But if there are any men out there who think they are one of the good ones then please understand this isn't about you. It's about a large societal problem. You can still be a "good one" but you will have to show it through your actions. And that includes holding other men accountable when they are in the wrong.
