Did Hoxha have this opinion on basically everyone post-Stalin? I know that he chose Mao in the Sino-Soviet split but I don’t know much about him other than that

    As far as I know, Hoxha basically said that Albania was the last Marxist-Leninist state.

    Albania also isolated itself from the USSR and the PRC. I don't know what were the internal Party discussions that caused this decision.
