Can someone please explain to me how a building that employs like 20 people adds to a community? The extra taxes seem incredibly low compared to the cost of them too.

    Extra taxes? I wish. Most of these city council are falling all over each other to give these assholes massive tax breaks to move in with, "hundreds of construction jobs."

    Fucking MBAs ruining everything with "next quarter thinking."
