The fact that this is 100% false does not matter. This will spur hogs in Texas more than anything they could have done with Trump or Paxton. It's amazing how low the bar is for credulity.

Does make obvious a response tactic of fake mailers to school districts telling them to make sure their kid is prepared for penis inspection day.
