well yeah, i assume those companies are somehow indebted to local governments and compete on price ignoring their debt, so that might look not very good for the books of the provinces. but also it's like whatever, those who needed solar bought solar, naturally it would fall, the rest will need state-side subsidies via installments in other countries, export subventions or rollback of capacity.
