As someone who spent a significant part of their 20s ingesting the alphabet this trend is honestly baffling.

Don't inject vials of material that are alledgedly new compounds with no safety records that at best mess with your cell biology.

You're gonna fucking hurt yourself.

Fasting doesn't take up much room in the cultural conversation.

Fasting is a pretty insubstantial movement.
