Anybody experience both partial simple and simple partial seizures? (lemmy.world)

It’s terrible and scary. I’ve had simple partials.

Freeze. Drop. Lucid but body isn’t. Puke. Try to eat crackers. Sleeeeep.

Klonopin has been a life saver for me. Even when I’ve forgotten my 600mg daily lamictal dose or doses, I haven’t had any problems.

What meds worked for you?

    I hope this community grows because they're difficult to talk about with people who don't experience them. I joked to someone that mine are like I'm smelling something from another dimension and they looked horrified lol. Or they think we all react to flashing lights and seizures are only when you convulse on the ground.
