Actually seems like she's the sole plaintiff and everyone else in this thread is just jumping to conclusions because that article about her mom a while back made them too mad to think clearly

e; I'm wrong, the article's a bit vague on whether her parents are involved but her brother definitely is in at least one of two lawsuits happening here
