Theres always an underlying exploitation by definition; your time is being bought for a flat fee, regardless of output unless theres a comission, and even then its less than youre worth also by definition.

That being said, small businesses operate differently and a lot of Americans (at least in my case) reject that simple, undeniable fact.

There are chill bosses that pass on more than others, but again, always a level of exploitation. The lesser-evils do deserve some praise, though.
