No what I mean is that they won't even do the bare basics, like saying "hello" and responding to my questions with an answer. Young people these days just give you a blank stare like you're an alien. I don't get it. All I want to do is return this defective product. But they can't even help with that, despite being in the returns department. It makes no sense.
