    I am guessing the guy in the screenshot might not be, but the title about how Africa didn't have the wheel until colonization made me think whoever made the video is a racist.

    Its a bad title but he does specify in the video that hes talking about subsaharan africa

    He also talks about how the lack of adoption of the wheel is not out of some technological inferiority but simply because they had other more useful forms of transport instead of wheeled carts that are more suited to the local environment

    You ought not to judge a book by its cover. This video talks about that, and its main thrust is making the case not to dehumanize or push white supremacist views of African societies as being technologically or intellectually inferior because of a practical difference in how they transported goods. He is anticolonial and opposed to the racist mindset here
