It's been about 2 years plus now I've been quit from smoking cigs, I think at least, anyway my sense of smell is finally coming back and wow. My clothes actually smell nice, they smell like tide from the wash. Even my towels smell good. Like the other day I washed my dad's clothes and they stunk because he never showers, yuck, but me on the other hand, tide fresh scent. Very cool.

ty! And you as well. I did switch over to low dose nic pouches, but I guess we all have our vices to deal with hellworld.

    it took me 3 years of pouches and gum to finally quit nicotine once and for all.. and that only happened because of covid when I could basically not interact with anyone face-to-face for a few solid weeks which is what I always needed in order to finally pull it off.
