That's the Mexican flag, Iran has horizontal stripes and the symbol in the middle is red. I mean, obviously it also has other differences but you couldn't make these out at that size. I think the Democrat party line on Iran is "we would have been a lot better at bombing them and would give tax refunds for small business owners to offset gas prices."
